JSW Infrastructure reports strong H1 FY26 performance, outlines growth strategy

JSW Infrastructure reported a robust operational and financial performance for H1 FY26, with total cargo handled reaching 58.2 MT, a 4% year-over-year increase. Revenue from operations for H1 FY26 grew by 23% to ₹2,686 Crore, and EBITDA increased by 14% to ₹1,387 Crore, with an EBITDA margin of 51.7%. PAT for H1 FY26 also saw a significant rise of 13% to ₹758 Crore.

The company is progressing on its growth strategy, aiming for a 2.3x increase in overall capacity to 400 mtpa by FY30. Key project updates include the completion of pipeline installation for JNPA (liquid terminal) with commercial operations set to commence in November 2025, and construction targeting completion for V.O. Chidambarana Port by Q1 FY27 and Jatadhar Port by March 2027.

In logistics, Navkar Corp delivered strong operational performance, with domestic cargo volumes up 29% in H1 FY26. The company targets a logistics topline of ₹8,000 Crore and EBITDA of ₹2,000 Crore by FY30, with a CAPEX of ₹9,000 Crore for FY25-30. JSW Infrastructure continues to leverage its strategically located assets and pursue inorganic growth opportunities.
