IFGL Refractories board to review unaudited financial results

IFGL Refractories Ltd. will hold a board of directors meeting on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months that concluded on September 30, 2025. These results will be presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis.

Further to an intimation on September 26, 2025, the company reiterated that its trading window, which has been closed since October 1, 2025, will remain shut. The closure will persist until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results.
