Gujarat State Petronet chairman and MD resigns due to superannuation

Shri Pankaj Joshi, IAS, has resigned as chairman and managing director of Gujarat State Petronet Limited, effective October 31, 2025. The resignation follows his superannuation as chief secretary to the Government of Gujarat, as per GAD Notification No. AIS/35.2025/51/G dated October 28, 2025. Gujarat State Petronet received the resignation on November 1, 2025.

Shri Pankaj Joshi also resigned from his positions as chairman, CMD, or director across several other entities due to his superannuation. These include chairman of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, chairman of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, chairman of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd., chairman of Gujarat Gas Limited, chairman of GSPL India Gasnet Limited, chairman of GSPL India Transco Limited, and nominee director of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited.

The company's disclosure to SEBI confirms the resignation is due to Shri Joshi's superannuation and that there are no relationships between directors to disclose.
