Gujarat Gas chairman resigns, company schedules earnings call

Pankaj Joshi has resigned as director and chairman of Gujarat Gas Limited, effective November 1, 2025, due to superannuation. Joshi also stepped down from his roles as chairman or CMD across several other Gujarat State Public Sector Undertakings, including Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Gujarat State Petronet Limited, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd., GSPL India Gasnet Limited, and GSPL India Transco Limited, as well as a nominee director for Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited.

In a separate announcement, Gujarat Gas Limited scheduled a post-results earnings conference call for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The call will take place on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. IST.
