CIAN Agro acquires Vyankatesh Engineers, expands infrastructure business

CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd. held a Board of Directors meeting on November 1, 2025, where two key decisions were approved. The company's corporate office address will now be 4th Floor, Gupta Tower, Science College Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur-440001, Maharashtra, India.

The acquired entity's paid-up share capital is Rs. 5,00,00,000 as of March 31, 2025, with no turnover reported for the last three financial years. The transaction is not a related party transaction and was conducted at "arm's length." The acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 days.
