Bella Casa board to meet November 8 for financial results

Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd. has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Saturday, November 08, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also review the limited review report accompanying these results.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in company securities commenced its closure period on Wednesday, October 01, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until Monday, November 10, 2025, inclusive of both days, covering directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons. The close period will end 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
