Allcargo Logistics scheme effective, Gati to delist following amalgamation

Allcargo Logistics Limited announced its Composite Scheme of Arrangement became effective on November 1, 2025. This followed intimations regarding the effective date and confirmation of receipt of certified true copies of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Orders. The scheme involves Allcargo Logistics, Allcargo Supply Chain Private Limited, Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited, Allcargo Gati Limited, and Allcargo Global Limited.

The company and Allcargo Global Limited filed the certified copy of the aforesaid Orders with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, on November 1, 2025, making the scheme effective as of that date.

As a direct consequence of the scheme, Allcargo Gati Limited has been dissolved without winding up and amalgamated with Allcargo Logistics. Trading in Allcargo Gati Limited equity shares will remain suspended and the shares are slated for delisting from both the BSE and NSE upon further intimations from the respective Stock Exchanges.
