ZF Steering Gear board to meet for Q3 and half-year results

ZF Steering Gear (India) Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will also include a review of the limited review report from the statutory auditors.

The intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 29(1)(a) read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also confirmed the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities.

As per the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window will remain closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This measure is in place to prevent insider trading until the financial information is publicly disclosed.
