ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited (ZFCVINDIA) announced the resignation of k venugopal, its strategy and market intelligence leader. His departure is effective at the close of business hours on October 31, 2025, following a resignation letter dated October 13, 2025. The company accepted his resignation, which was attributed to "personal reasons."

Venugopal, who joined WABCO/ZF in May 2013, cited personal issues, specifically his parents' health, as the reason for his decision to seek opportunities that better balance his personal priorities. He also requested financial support for an extended period beyond his notice period and an early release from duties by October 31, 2025.

The resignation falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company expressed its gratitude for his contributions over his twelve-year and five-month tenure.
