Trident board to meet November 7 to approve financial results

Trident Limited's board of directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, November 7, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company further notified that the trading window for designated persons will open on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM IST.
