Tamilnad Mercantile Bank announces senior management changes

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited has informed exchanges of key personnel changes within its senior management, effective October 31, 2025. Sathishkumar N. has been appointed as vice president of information technology, bringing 22 years of banking experience, particularly in IT and core banking systems. His previous role was head IT application at Karur Vysa Bank Limited.

Concurrently, Natarajan J., the current vice president of the business intelligent unit, will be relieved from the bank's service at the close of business hours on October 31, 2025, due to superannuation/retirement. The bank confirmed that Sathishkumar N.'s appointment does not involve any relationships with existing directors.

These changes are being made in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant SEBI circulars.
