Seamec adjusts MV Goodman vessel delivery schedule with HAL Offshore

Seamec Limited has updated the delivery schedule for the charter hire of the HAL Vessel "MV GOODMAN." The initial window for commencement, set between October 16, 2025, and October 31, 2025, has been shifted. The new delivery period will now be from November 1, 2025, to November 7, 2025. This change follows an Addendum 1 to the Bimco Charter Party, originally dated October 13, 2025, entered with HAL Offshore Limited.

Despite the change in the delivery date, Seamec confirmed that the charter period of 45 days and the total value during the firm period remain unchanged. HAL Offshore Limited, which holds a 70.77% shareholding in Seamec Limited, is the promoter for this transaction. The transaction, executed at arm's length, is categorized as a Related Party Transaction.

The addendum was executed on October 31, 2025. The company has formally notified both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding this update, adhering to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
