Sasken Technologies board to consider interim dividend, approve financials

Sasken Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 7, 2025. Key agenda items include considering an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and approving financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
