RITES, Shipping Corporation of India partner on maritime logistics

RITES Limited, a transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI) on October 31, 2025. This agreement aims to explore collaborative opportunities in maritime logistics and multimodal transport solutions, fostering enhanced efficiency in cargo movement across global destinations.

The collaboration will focus on designing innovative, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain and logistics models tailored to RITES' operational needs. Both organizations plan to engage in knowledge exchange and capacity-building initiatives, sharing best practices in areas such as supply chain resilience, digital cargo tracking, and advanced logistics planning for high-value consignments.
