Rashi Peripherals announces resignations of company secretary, compliance officer

Rashi Peripherals Limited announced on October 31, 2025, the resignations of Hinal Shah, company secretary and key managerial personnel (KMP), and Tejas Vyas, compliance officer and KMP. Both resignations are effective from the close of business hours on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Shah tendered her resignation to pursue better career opportunities, while Vyas cited personal reasons for his departure. The company confirmed that no other material reasons contributed to these resignations.

The company will submit the necessary intimations and disclosures to stock exchanges and relevant authorities as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
