Ramco Systems closes inactive Qatar subsidiary

Ramco Systems Limited has informed both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Ltd. about the closure of its subsidiary in Qatar, Ramco System LLC. The decision to voluntarily withdraw the license was made effective on October 30, 2025.

According to the disclosure, Ramco System LLC, incorporated on December 27, 2022, had no business operations since its inception and no capital was ever infused. This lack of activity ultimately led to the decision to close the subsidiary.

The company stated that there was no binding agreement for the sale of the unit, and it contributed neither to turnover, revenue, income, nor net worth of the listed entity during the last financial year.
