Mirae Asset mutual fund boosts stake in Bata India

Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has increased its stake in Bata India Ltd. through an open market acquisition on October 30, 2025. This acquisition involved 529,281 shares, representing a 0.41% change in its voting capital.

Prior to this transaction, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund held 12,044,603 shares, or 9.37% of Bata India's total voting capital. Following the acquisition, the fund's total holding now stands at 12,573,884 shares, elevating its ownership to 9.78% of the company's total voting capital.
