Lloyds Engineering Works board to meet for Q2 and half-year results

Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, November 07, 2025. The meeting's primary purpose is to consider and approve the audited/unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with regulatory requirements, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares remains closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from September 26, 2025, will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
