KDDL board to review unaudited financial results in November

KDDL Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year period that concluded on September 30, 2025.

In a continuation of an earlier announcement, trading, which was closed effective October 1, 2025, will resume after 48 hours from the declaration of these unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges.

This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was issued by Brahm Prakash Kumar, company secretary, from KDDL Limited's Chandigarh office on October 31, 2025.
