Jay Bharat Maruti board to consider Q2, half-year financial results

Jay Bharat Maruti Limited (JBML) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, November 06, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, alongside other general matters.

In light of the upcoming financial disclosure, the trading window for JBML securities, which closed on September 25, 2025, will remain closed. This restriction applies to all designated persons, including promoters, promoter group members, directors, key managerial personnel, identified employees, and connected persons, in accordance with regulatory codes.
