IRCON International announces senior management change due to superannuation

IRCON International Limited has informed stock exchanges of a change in its senior management personnel. Shri Yogesh Kumar Misra, executive director/infrastructure, will cease to be a senior management personnel of IRCON effective October 31, 2025, upon attaining the age of superannuation.

The company stated that this change is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further details regarding the cessation are provided as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
