Intellect Design Arena reports strong Q2 FY26 revenue and profit growth

Intellect Design Arena Limited reported a 34% year-over-year (YoY) revenue increase to INR 789 Cr in Q2 FY26. This growth was accompanied by a 68% surge in EBITDA to INR 184 Cr and a 94% YoY rise in Profit After Tax (PAT) to INR 102 Cr for the quarter. For the first half of FY26 (H1 FY26), total income reached INR 1,523 Cr, a 26% YoY increase from H1 FY25, with EBITDA growing 46% to INR 360 Cr and PAT increasing 55% to INR 197 Cr.

The company's revenue quality significantly improved, with License-Linked Revenue (License + Platform + AMC) surging 69% YoY to INR 423 Cr in Q2 FY26. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) now stands at INR 1,080 Cr, up 53% YoY. Cash and cash equivalents rose to INR 927 Cr in Q2 FY26, compared to INR 755 Cr in Q2 FY25.

Intellect appointed John Owen as president, Western Hemisphere, and Vivek Gupta as president & head of consulting. These nominations were approved based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee, effective October 31, 2025.
