Info Edge announces recruitment vertical reorganization, senior management changes

Info Edge (India) Limited, following a board resolution on October 31, 2025, has approved an internal reorganization within its recruitment vertical. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency and align its structure with strategic business objectives.

As a result, Jatin Thukral, previously executive vice president & head - data science, has been re-designated as chief product officer Naukri & chief AI scientist InfoEdge. Nimish Kulshrestha, formerly executive vice president product development, will now serve as chief business officer iimjobs, hirist & NaukriGulf. Similarly, Shail Gaurav, executive vice president marketing, has been re-designated as chief business officer Naukri 360/FF & head of B2C marketing.

The reorganization also entails the cessation of four senior management personnel: Atul Kumar, Sharad Sindhwani, Rajesh Vashista, and Harpuneet Singh Rekhi, effective November 3, 2025, due to changes in the organizational structure. The company anticipates these changes will bolster long-term growth and operational effectiveness.
