Hindustan Copper board to meet on Q2 financial results

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) will hold a board of directors meeting on November 11, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In preparation for the financial results, HCL has already initiated the closure of its trading window. As previously communicated, the trading window will remain closed until November 13, 2025. This closure applies to designated persons and their immediate relatives, in adherence to the company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct, designed to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders.
