Heubach Colorants India to rebrand as Sudarshan Colorants

Heubach Colorants India announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of INR 1,628 lakhs for the quarter and INR 3,335 lakhs for the half-year. Total income for the quarter stood at INR 19,260 lakhs, with total expenses at INR 17,101 lakhs.

In a key strategic move, the board approved changing the company’s name from “Heubach Colorants India Limited” to “Sudarshan Colorants India Limited.” This change, along with consequential amendments, is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Additionally, Sambit Roy was re-appointed as managing director for a five-year term, effective November 25, 2025, and Amitabha Mukhopadhyay was appointed as an additional director. PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP was approved as the internal auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26.
