Harsha Engineers subsidiary shifts plant operations

Effective October 31, 2025, Harsha Engineers Advantek Limited transitioned its plant and machinery from a leased facility to a new plant located at Survey No. 376 to 379, TA: Bavla, Bhayla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382220. The leased premises at Plot No. A-17, Survey 431, Steel Town, Sarkhej Bavla Road, Ahmedabad, have been fully vacated.

This strategic relocation is attributed to the completion of shifting the entire plant and machinery to the new facility. In fiscal year 2025, the now-vacated leased entity contributed Rs 768.11 lakhs to the company's turnover, representing 0.55% of the consolidated turnover. Its contribution to consolidated PAT for the same period was Rs 79.57 lakhs, or 0.89%.

Harsha Engineers International confirmed that it anticipates no material impact on the company's financial performance as a direct result of this operational shift.
