Gandhi Special Tubes board to meet for Q2 results

Gandhi Special Tubes Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In anticipation of the financial results, the trading window for the company's shares was closed from October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public on November 10, 2025. The trading window is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, November 13, 2025.

The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was signed by Chaitali Kachalia, company secretary and compliance officer.
