Escorts Kubota non-executive director Dai Watanabe resigns

Escorts Kubota Limited disclosed that Dai Watanabe has resigned from his position as non-executive-nominee director, effective October 31, 2025. The resignation follows Kubota Corporation's withdrawal of his nomination, citing Watanabe's pre-occupation with other professional assignments as the reason.

Consequently, Watanabe will also cease to be a member of the nomination, remuneration & compensation committee of the company. The company confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated.
