Elantas Beck India's manufacturing VP resigns for external opportunities

Elantas Beck India Limited has announced the resignation of Kalim Uddin, vice president - manufacturing operations and a senior management personnel. Uddin will be relieved from his duties at the close of business hours on October 31, 2025, to pursue opportunities outside the company.

The resignation, formally submitted on July 22, 2025, was intimated to BSE Limited on October 31, 2025. This change is in accordance with SEBI listing regulations.

Ashutosh Kulkarni, head-legal & company secretary, confirmed the intimation on behalf of Elantas Beck India Limited. The company has acknowledged Uddin’s contributions and granted his request for release by the specified date.
