Chalet Hotels announces investor relations general manager resignation

Chalet Hotels Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Ruchi Rudra, general manager – investor relations and business strategy, from the company. Her departure as a member of the senior management team is effective from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025. This intimation is pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Ms. Rudra's resignation letter, dated August 11, 2025, confirmed her decision to pursue new opportunities. She expressed gratitude for her time at Chalet Hotels and stated her notice period commenced August 1, 2025, during which she committed to assisting with the handover of her responsibilities.

The announcement was formally communicated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited by Christabelle Baptista, company secretary & compliance officer, on October 31, 2025.
