Borosil board to meet on November 7 for financial results approval

Borosil Limited announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Friday, November 07, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was issued on October 31, 2025.

In preparation for the results, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares has been closed for designated persons and connected persons since October 01, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, specifically up to November 09, 2025.
