Bharat Electronics reports strong Q2 and H1 revenue, profit growth

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) achieved a 25.75% growth in revenue from operations, reaching Rs. 5763.65 crore for the second quarter of FY 2025-26, up from Rs. 4583.41 crore in the corresponding prior period. For the first half of FY 2025-26, revenue stood at Rs. 10180.48 crore, compared to Rs. 8782.18 crore last year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the second quarter increased by 19.53% to Rs. 1734.30 crore, against Rs. 1450.88 crore previously. Half-year PBT was Rs. 3023.54 crore, up from Rs. 2488.22 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q2 grew by 17.86% to Rs. 1286.13 crore, from Rs. 1091.27 crore.

For the first half, PAT reached Rs. 2255.26 crore, exceeding Rs. 1867.41 crore reported in the prior corresponding period. As of October 1, 2025, the company's order book position was robust at Rs. 74453 crore.
