Aster DM Healthcare board to meet for financial results, ESOS 2025 approval

Aster DM Healthcare Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 06, 2025. The meeting's agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss the adoption of the Aster DM Healthcare Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2025 ("ESOS 2025"). This scheme, if approved, will be implemented in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, and other applicable laws, subject to shareholder approval. The intimation was made under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
