Anuh Pharma board to meet for financial results, trading window update

Anuh Pharma Ltd. announced its board of directors will meet on Friday, November 7, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission.

In compliance with insider trading regulations, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results, specifically till Sunday, November 9, 2025.
