WPIL reappoints managing and executive directors for three-year terms

WPIL Limited has confirmed the reappointment of Prakash Agarwal as managing director and K.K. Ganeriwala as whole-time director, designated as executive director. Both reappointments are effective from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028. The terms and remuneration for both executives were recommended by the nomination and remuneration committee and approved by the audit committee, pending shareholder approval.

Agarwal, first appointed as an additional director on June 7, 2000, brings extensive experience in marketing, management, and operations within the engineering industry. Ganeriwala, appointed on February 26, 2002, contributes significant expertise in finance, accounts, taxation, and corporate management.
