Websol Energy board to meet for financial results, trading window closed

Websol Energy System Limited has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Monday, November 3, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Websol Energy's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
