V-Mart Retail board to review Q2 and half-year financial results

V-Mart Retail Ltd. has announced that a meeting of its board of directors is scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for directors, officers, designated persons, and connected persons closed on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until Wednesday, November 12, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This closure adheres to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of Conduct.
