Ultramarine & Pigments reschedules board meeting for Q2 financial results

Ultramarine & Pigments Limited has informed BSE that its Board of Directors meeting, originally slated for Friday, November 7, 2025, has been rescheduled. The meeting will now take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
