Tata Motors subsidiary rebrands as Tata Motors Limited

TML Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV) has officially changed its name to Tata Motors Limited, effective October 29, 2025. This renaming follows a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.

The change was formally announced to stock exchanges on October 30, 2025, by Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (formerly Tata Motors Limited). A fresh Certificate of Incorporation, issued on October 29, 2025, confirms the name change.

The renaming is part of a broader corporate reorganization involving Tata Motors Limited, TML Commercial Vehicles Limited, and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited.
