Supreme Court allows review of Vodafone Idea's AGR dues

The court stated there would be no impediment to the Union of India taking an appropriate decision in accordance with the law, clarifying that this matter falls within the policy domain of the Union of India.

The petition itself restricts its claim to the additional AGR demand up to the Financial Year 2016-17. The court emphasized that its order specifically applies to Vodafone Idea Ltd., considering the unique circumstances presented by the Union of India.
