Promoter Milind Padole sells shares in Affordable Robotic & Automation

Milind Manohar Padole, a promoter of Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited, sold 275,000 equity shares of the company on October 28, 2025. This "on-market" disposal reduced Padole's total holding of shares carrying voting rights from 3,712,075 shares, representing 33.01% of the total share capital, to 3,437,075 shares, now representing 30.56%. The transaction lowered the promoter's stake by 2.45%.
