Motherson International completes initial $0.5m investment in Rider Dome

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited announced the completion of an initial investment of $0.5 million in Rider Dome Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary MSSL (S) Pte Ltd. This follows a previous disclosure dated October 29, 2025, detailing a total primary capital commitment of $2 million across multiple milestone-linked tranches.

The initial investment, finalized on October 30, 2025, comprises $0.2 million in primary equity for a 10% stake and $0.3 million in 12% optionally convertible secured notes of Rider Dome. Consequently, Rider Dome has allotted MSSL-Singapore a 10% equity stake and 12% optionally convertible secured notes.
