Lemon Tree Hotels expands with two new premier properties

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has signed two development management and license agreements with RJ Corp Limited to develop new Lemon Tree Premier properties in Ayodhya and Guwahati. These hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited utilizing LTHL's technical expertise, with operations managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This expansion is part of LTHL's strategy to offer comfortable stays across various destinations.

The Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya, will feature approximately 300 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting/conference room, and recreation facilities including a swimming pool and spa. Similarly, the Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati, will offer approximately 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes, alongside a restaurant, banquet, meeting/conference room, and recreation facilities like a swimming pool and spa.

These new properties will enhance LTHL's portfolio, which currently operates over 120 hotels across 80 cities and has a pipeline of over 120 upcoming properties. The Guwahati property is specifically anticipated to cater to medical tourism.
