Huhtamaki India names Kamal Taneja as new managing director

Huhtamaki India Limited announced the appointment of Kamal Taneja as an additional director and managing director, effective January 16, 2026. Taneja brings extensive senior management experience, including a tenure as global managing director with Essentra Group entities from October 2017 to June 2023, and previous senior roles at Amcor Specialty Cartons and Ingersol Rand. His profile highlights a strong track record in business turnarounds, driving growth, operational performance, and cultural changes, with a focus on innovation.

The company confirmed that Kamal Taneja is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order or authority and is not related to any other director of the company.
