Hero MotoCorp acquires stake in solar power project for manufacturing plants

Hero MotoCorp Limited has announced the completion of acquiring a 26% equity stake in Clean Max Karakoram Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle, from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited. This acquisition is part of the company's previously communicated decision to invest in a solar power wheeling project to support its Dharuhera and Gurugram manufacturing plants under a captive scheme.

The initial investment for this acquisition totals Rs. 26,000. The remaining balance will be invested in accordance with the terms outlined in the Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement, which was executed between the parties on October 30, 2025.

This strategic move underscores Hero MotoCorp's commitment to integrating renewable energy into its operational framework.
