Guild Builders revokes pledge on Omaxe shares

Guild Builders Private Limited, the holding company of Omaxe Limited, has disclosed the revocation of a pledge on 3,690,990 equity shares of Omaxe Limited. This disclosure, dated October 29, 2025, was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares were previously encumbered by Sammaan Finserve Limited.

Before the revocation, Guild Builders along with its persons acting in concert (PACs) held 116,273,971 shares carrying voting rights, representing 63.57% of Omaxe Limited's total share or voting capital. The revoked shares account for 2.02% of the total share or voting capital. After this off-market revocation of pledge, the holding of Guild Builders and its PACs remains unchanged at 116,273,971 shares or 63.57%.

The equity share capital or total voting capital of Omaxe Limited is INR 1,829,005,400 divided into 182,900,540 equity shares, both before and after the revocation. The revocation date for the pledge was October 27, 2025.
