Grindwell Norton reports strong half-year earnings growth

Grindwell Norton Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. For the half year, standalone total income reached ₹1,50,989.52 lakhs, with a net profit of ₹19,951.25 lakhs, an increase from ₹18,594.86 lakhs in the prior year. Basic earnings per equity share rose to ₹18.02, up from ₹16.79 in the previous half year.

On a consolidated basis, the total income for the half year stood at ₹1,53,300.78 lakhs, with a net profit attributable to owners of ₹20,133.41 lakhs, compared to ₹18,936.03 lakhs in the previous half year. The consolidated basic earnings per equity share were ₹18.18, up from ₹17.10. These results, approved by the board of directors on October 30, 2025, were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34.
