Godawari Power & Ispat restarts iron ore pellet plant operations

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL) has confirmed the resumption of normal operations and production at its iron ore pellet plant located in Siltara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, as of October 30, 2025. This follows a temporary shutdown initiated on September 26, 2025, due to a plant inspection activity.

The company reported a production loss of approximately 150,000 MT of iron ore pellets during the shutdown period. Despite this, Godawari Power and Ispat Limited expressed confidence in achieving its yearly production targets, anticipating no further maintenance shutdowns during the current financial year.

This intimation was sent to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and The BSE Limited on October 30, 2025. The 1.8 MTPA iron ore pellet plant is a significant asset for the company's operations.
