Cera Sanitaryware to hold board meeting for financial results

Cera Sanitaryware Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene a meeting on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation is issued pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this, the trading window for the company's shares has been closed with effect from October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the financial results for the aforementioned period are made generally available, in compliance with the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was directed to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
