Bhansali Engineering Polymers board approves results, declares second interim dividend

Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited (BEPL) announced that its board of directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This approval followed a limited review by the statutory auditors.

The board also declared a second interim dividend of Re.1/- (100%) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to tax deduction at source. The record date for this dividend is Wednesday, November 5, 2025, with payment by November 28, 2025. This brings the total interim dividend for 2025-26 to 200%, or Re.2/- per share, including the first interim dividend declared in August 2025.
